Despite Casual Fridays and more lax work environments, ties are being worn more and more by young professionals, and not just in the office.

Guys in their 20s and 30s are wearing them out partying and even if they don't work in an office, like artists and celebrities such as Justin Timberlake.

But they're not the power or plain ties of the past. The trendy ties today are skinnier with pop-out prints and plaids that can be dressed up or down. I love that ties are 'in,' I think it's so hot when I see a young guy who cares how he looks and dresses well.
